Delter is the Brisbane studio that set out to solve one specific problem in coffee brewing — agitation, the uncontrolled swirling of water and grounds that causes over-extraction and bitterness.
The Cold Drip Coffee Maker brews cold coffee the slow way: chilled water drips through a bed of grounds over several hours, rather than steeping all at once. That slow, controlled extraction makes a smooth, clean, naturally sweet, low-acid concentrate — cleaner and brighter than quick cold-brew steeping. It's slow by design; that's the point.
